Corporate events aren’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are the bar experiences that support them.
Across the country, Tap Truck USA licensees are partnering with companies to create seamless, memorable, and professionally executed events. From employee appreciation days to nationally televised tournaments, here’s a look at how our trucks show up and stand out.

Community-Focused Corporate Events:
Tap Truck Fort Myers | Entech Family Fun Day
At Summerlin Commons in Fort Myers, Tap Truck Fort Myers has become a staple at Entech’s annual employee Family Fun Day, now returning for their fourth year.
With approximately 150 attendees, the event includes bounce houses, games for kids, and an employee chili cook-off. The atmosphere is relaxed, social, and centered around bringing employees and families together.
The beverage lineup featured two beers and two cocktails, with the standout pour being “You’re My Boy Blue” Blueberry Wheat Ale from Florida Avenue Brewing Co., a crowd favorite that kept guests coming back.
What makes this event special isn’t just the drinks. It’s the consistency. Being invited back year after year speaks to the reliability and professionalism our licensees bring to corporate partnerships.

Serving at One of Golf’s Most Iconic Events:
Tap Truck Monterey | AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am
Few corporate sporting events carry the prestige of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.
Held along the Monterey coastline at Pebble Beach Golf Links and Spyglass Hill Golf Course, the tournament brings together PGA Tour professionals, celebrity amateurs, sponsors, and thousands of volunteers.
Tap Truck Monterey’s 1956 Chevy 3100 Panel Truck, “Betsy Blue,” served in the volunteer hospitality tent, the central hub for thousands of event volunteers throughout the week.
With security-managed access, credential requirements, and drink ticket controls to ensure responsible service, the event required careful coordination and operational precision. Having returned for their third consecutive year, the team was well-prepared for logistics, closures, and site navigation challenges.
Featured pours included:
- “Mai Tai IPA” — a tropical local favorite
- “Monterey Beer” Lager from Alvarado Street Brewery
- “Brewers Daydream” Hoppy Lager from Peter B's Brewpub
Beyond the scale and prestige, what stands out most is the sense of community. Many volunteers have supported the tournament for over a decade, and returning each year to familiar faces has become part of the tradition.

Large-Scale Conference Execution:
Tap Truck San Diego | AAJ Winter Conference 2026
Corporate hospitality also means operating at scale.
At the AAJ Winter Conference 2026, Tap Truck San Diego supported an event serving 1,100 guests during a three-hour service window. Working alongside event partners like Hello! Destination Management, the team delivered draft service featuring three keg options.
The activation took place across a three-day conference and was paired with the Happy Camper Photo Bus, a branded photo experience. Together, the two activations created a natural gathering space where attendees could connect, take photos, and enjoy local craft beer.
Tap Truck San Diego poured selections including Coronado Brewing Company favorites alongside Mike Hess Brewing’s Mexican Lager and an IPA, offering guests a curated tasting experience while keeping service fast and organized.
Large conferences require speed, coordination, and a professional presence, and our licensees consistently demonstrate the ability to integrate into multi-vendor event environments seamlessly.
