Summer 2025 was all about community, and nothing makes us prouder than watching our Tap Trucks become part of the celebrations that matter most. From fundraisers and family events to company parties and community block parties, our licensees poured more than drinks; they poured into people.
📍 Tap Truck El Dorado – Hangtown Pro Motocross Classic
Kicking off summer in high gear, Tap Truck El Dorado brought the taps to the Hangtown Pro Motocross Classic on May 30–31. With 16 kegs flowing on Saturday alone, this event was one for the books.
Motocross holds a special place in the Heywood family; their son, Shane, grew up racing and even competed in the 2022 Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National Motocross Championship. Serving at Hangtown was more than just pouring drinks; it was celebrating a community they’ve been part of for years. Tap Truck El Dorado can’t wait to be back trackside next summer!
📍 Tap Truck Midwest – Schwing America Employee Appreciation
For Tap Truck Midwest, the highlight of the season was returning to Schwing America Inc. for their annual employee appreciation celebration. This was their second year serving the hardworking crew, and it always feels like family, not just employees, but friends and loved ones gather to celebrate together.
What made this summer’s party even more memorable? A custom creation that stole the show. One guest asked for a twist, inspiring the team to mix a German pilsner with lemonade, now lovingly nicknamed “Karissa’s Shandy.” It’s little moments like these that showcase Tap Truck Midwest’s mission: not just pouring drinks, but creating connections. And next year, when they’re (hopefully) invited back, “Karissa’s Shandy” is sure to make its return.
📍 Tap Truck 540 – Denim & Diamonds Fundraiser
This summer, Tap Truck 540 poured with purpose at a sparkling “Denim & Diamonds” fundraiser supporting pediatric mental health. Guests showed up ready to give back, and the energy was just as dazzling as the theme.
From start to finish, the event was filled with laughter, generosity, and plenty of good cheer. For Tap Truck 540, it was a true honor to serve drinks while supporting such a meaningful cause.
📍 Tap Truck Portland – Johnson Barrow Happy Hour
Tap Truck Portland’s summer highlight was shaking things up at a lively Johnson Barrow happy hour in Tigard, OR. The HVAC sales team brought the energy, and the Tap Truck crew matched it with plenty of good pours.
Guests couldn’t get enough of the homemade margaritas, paired perfectly with local craft beers and cider. Between the friendly staff, great conversation, and refreshing drinks, it was the kind of happy hour that everyone wished lasted a little longer.
📍 Tap Truck Hudson Valley – Summer Block Party
To close out the season, Tap Truck Hudson Valley joined the fun at a community block party, and it was a party to remember! With live bands, food trucks, craft vendors, and even roller dancers, the day had something for everyone.
Between the music, community spirit, and plenty of refreshing pours, the block party was the perfect way to soak up summer vibes in Hudson Valley.
