Halloween parties, crisp-weather weddings, and community festivals, here’s how Tap Truck helped pour the fun this fall.
Fall is one of our favorite seasons to hit the road. From spooky celebrations to hometown festivals and unforgettable weddings, Tap Truck teams across the country kept the taps flowing and the vibes high. Here’s a look inside some of our licensees’ standout events this season.

Tap Truck Midwest: A Halloween Party With All the Vibes
When a host asks you back for a second year in a row, you know it’s going to be good. Tap Truck Midwest returned to an annual Halloween party that has quickly become one of their favorite fall traditions.
Guests showed up fully committed, in costumes, contests, and an impressive backyard setup that transformed the space into a full-on Halloween experience.
On tap: blood orange Palomas, beer, and classic spirits/mixers.
What made it special? Familiar faces, great weather, and a crowd that was ready to have fun from the first pour to the last. Tap Truck Midwest is already counting down to next year’s bash.

Tap Truck 661: Community, Art, and Autumn Weather
The 2025 Kaleidoscope Palmdale Art & Music Festival stood out as Tap Truck 661’s favorite fall event, and for good reason.
This festival brought the whole community together for a family-friendly day filled with art, live music, and good drinks. With cooler temperatures rolling in and everyone enjoying the sunshine, the vibes were unbeatable.
Tap Truck 661 called it an amazing local event and is already looking forward to being part of the 2026 celebration.

Tap Truck Dayton: A Wedding That Meant a Little Extra
For Tap Truck Dayton, fall’s top highlight was the Jones Wedding on October 18, a meaningful milestone, as this couple was the very first to ever book with them. Seeing their big day finally come to life made the celebration especially memorable.
They kept things personal and fun with two signature cocktails named after their dogs:
- The Callie: Crown Royal Apple + Cranberry Juice
- The Charlie: Vodka + Cranberry Juice
On tap: Angry Orchard + Orange Cream Soda from Warped Wing Brewery.
The DJ kept the dance floor full until last call, and the guests brought nonstop energy. Tap Truck Dayton summed it up perfectly: a lively crowd, meaningful connections, and a fall wedding they won’t forget.
Cheers to Mr. & Mrs. Jones for making this season truly special.

Tap Truck Central Florida: A Big Milestone at Russell Retreat
This fall marked something extra special for Tap Truck Central Florida, their first paid event. And it couldn’t have been a better one.
They joined Lennar Homes for a Fall Festival + Open House at their new community, Russell Retreat. The event brought out families, future homeowners, and plenty of smiling faces.
Not only was the day a total success, but it also earned Tap Truck Central Florida glowing new reviews on their Google page, making it even more memorable.
A picture-perfect beginning to many more events ahead.
