What could make a grand opening even grander? A couple of Tap Trucks on-site, of course! When Padres pitcher Joe Musgrove launched his brand-new Symbiotic Training Center, we were honored to roll up and pour for the crowd at an event that was nothing short of a home run.
When Joe sends an invite—especially for a cause that supports community fitness and aspiring athletes—you don’t say no. The Symbiotic Training Center is a game-changer for baseball and softball players looking to level up their performance, and we were proud to be part of such a powerful kickoff.
Before the taps started flowing, our first stop was the Beverage Factory in San Diego to stock up on premium beer lines and gear—ensuring every pour was fresh and flawless. Shoutout to the legends over there who always keep us dialed in with the best equipment and support. We take beer seriously, and keeping our setups sharp is key to delivering the Tap Truck experience at full throttle.
The event itself was packed with amazing vendors, including our longtime (friendly!) rivals, Dang Brothers Pizza. We may battle for attention, but nothing pairs better with craft beer than firetruck-baked pizza—these guys bring the heat in more ways than one.
We came stocked with a well-rounded drink menu, from cold brews to a fan-favorite margarita on tap, plus refreshing root beer for the kids and non-drinkers. Tap Truck is all about inclusive fun—if you’re at the party, we’ve got something for your cup.
Massive thanks to Jonah, the event planner who helped us get set up and ready to roll, and to Theresa, who was the glue of the day—running the mic, managing media, and making everything feel seamless. She brought the energy and the organization that made this event shine.
The highlight? Joe’s heartfelt speech, sharing just how much this moment meant to him. It was a reminder of why we do what we do: showing up for the community, bringing people together, and celebrating milestones with a cold drink and a good time.
