These days you never know what you’ll see at the zoo. Maybe some monkeys, perhaps a couple of bears…how about catching a glimpse of two wild Corbins out and about? Well, If you caught us at the San Diego Zoo’s 2025 Beer & Wine Festival you would’ve seen all that and more as Tap Truck cruised its way into the middle of some serious wildlife for some all-natural tap-tending and vending. This Cinco de Mayo weekend was one to remember as Corbin pulled out all the stops in order to provide exceptional beer and even better customer service for the huge crowds at the zoo.

But for this event, we brought something a little extra special — and a little extra spicy. If you’ve been following along on our YouTube channel or socials, you probably already caught a glimpse of the Spicy Fiero Margarita we were slinging. This showstopper, crafted with Fiero Tequila and topped with just a hint of Tajín, was the star of the evening. If you know the Tap Daddy, you know he’s picky about his tequila — so when he gives his stamp of approval, you can bet it’s a hit. Before the party kicked off, we did a little “quality control” (aka pre-sipping) to make sure everything on tap was just right. Judging by the reactions of our guests down at Corbin’s Bar & Feasts, we nailed it — and then some.

Lets not forget about who hauled our mix to the party. Our lovely green 1953 Chevy F100, one of our amazing fleet of vintage Tap Trucks down here in sunny San Diego, was on tap duty for this party.
