A Team Effort at Hangtown:
When it comes to serving unforgettable events, teamwork makes all the difference. At this year's AMA Hangtown Motocross Classic, Tap Truck El Dorado joined forces with Tap Truck Sierra Foothills and Tap Truck Santa Cruz to keep thousands of race fans refreshed while supporting an amazing cause.
The event featured four unique Tap Truck setups, including Tap Truck El Dorado's beautifully restored 1950 Chevy and 1974 Chevy trucks, Tap Truck Santa Cruz's classic Red Ford, and Tap Truck Sierra Foothills' vintage truck alongside their beer trailer. Together, the teams powered every bar throughout the venue while also supplying five hospitality tents equipped with cold-break jockey boxes and Tap Truck tap towers.

Keeping the Crowds Refreshed:
Guests enjoyed Coors Light, Lagunitas IPA, and Truly Wild Berry on tap, with Coors Light taking the title of crowd favorite. Over the course of just six hours, the teams poured an incredible 84 kegs, with each truck serving approximately 14–15 kegs between 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Behind the scenes, the crews also tackled the enormous task of delivering 85 kegs throughout the venue while navigating heavy event traffic, making this one of the largest and most logistically demanding events of the season.

More Than Just a Bar Service:
One of the most rewarding parts of the event was seeing neighboring Tap Truck owners come together to support one another. The collaboration between Tap Truck El Dorado, Sierra Foothills, and Santa Cruz highlighted the strength of the Tap Truck community and demonstrated what can be accomplished when multiple teams work together toward a common goal.
The event also gave back through a partnership with Friends of Folsom, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families in need by raising funds to provide Thanksgiving dinners. Every dollar raised supports their annual turkey drive, allowing each beverage served to make a meaningful impact in the community.

A Personal Connection to Motocross:
For Tap Truck El Dorado, the Hangtown Motocross Classic carried an especially personal meaning. Motocross has always been a huge part of the Heywood family's life, and this year's race was even more special as their son, Shane Heywood, recently earned his professional racing card and competed in the Hangtown National. From serving thousands of guests to supporting a meaningful cause and celebrating a family milestone, the AMA Hangtown Motocross Classic was a perfect example of how Tap Truck brings people together, one pour at a time.
